Dear Chairman and councilors,
Following the withdrawal of the Avon application will the council now pursue the matter of the alterations, carried out by Mr. Chick, without consent in contravention of the planning laws?
Has the council also considered the local licencing laws in relation to the Avon.?As the pub is now closed has the licence been revoked/removed.?
Regards
Gerard Carter
Dear Gerard,
I will pass your enquiry onto the parish council.
Best
