Annual Parish Meeting, 29 April

The annual parish meeting is a chance for the village to get together for some drinks and light refreshments and learn about recent initiatives and village groups in an informal setting. This year it will take place on Monday 29 April at 7 pm in the Reading Room.

  • Concerned about planning, crime, parking, the play park, street lights etc? Meet the parish councillors who will be able to chat on their areas of responsibility
  • Wondering what has happened since the Parish Plan was adopted in 2022? There will be updates on the Parish Plan actions.
  • Village groups will provide information on how you can support the many activities that take place
  • Energy efficiency is becoming more and more important with government targets and the rising costs of utilities. Napton Environmental Action Team will be present to demonstrate their thermal imaging camera which shows where heat is lost from buildings (and what to do about it!)
  • Do you know where the most energy-efficient houses in the village are? And what makes them so efficient?
  • Plus lots of tips and advice on how to save money and energy
