Avon Dassett is a small but beautiful village mid-way between Warwick and Banbury. It is situated within a Conservation Area, part of the Special Landscape Area, the Ironstone Hills Fringe, and is on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village nestles on the slopes of the Burton Dassett Hills Country Park and combines spectacular scenery with the peace and beauty of a small rural village.
The Community website was first established in 2008 and is run by volunteers. The original website was funded by a grant from the National Lottery through Awards for All.
