I have lived in Avon Dassett since 2009 after being posted to Kineton. I retired from the British Army in 2017 after serving for 23 years and undertaking operational tours in Bosnia (three times), Kosovo, Northern Ireland (three times), Iraq (three times) and Afghanistan (three times).
Since retiring from the military I founded Baxter Development Solutions which is a company providing Energy Peformance Certificates and Legionella Risk Assessments for estate agents and private householders. I also teach at Energy Trust, training the next generation of EPC assessors.
Outside of work I spend my time playing with my growing collection of motorbikes. I take part in a number of cycling events to raise money for charity and I help organise the popular Avon Dassett Soapbox Derby.
